Meet the Thomas's

Our proud Sri Lankan roots began with Nana - the incredibly warm, strong and fierce matriarch of the family (and her curries too!)

Amongst the many pearls of wisdom Nana passed on to Mama
was how to cook good Sri Lankan food - authentic, flavoursome, warming. This included her special curry powder recipe. A delicious blend of carefully selected spices which are gently roasted and ground. No one writes recipes, nothing is recorded – you learn by watching.

We wanted to share the flavours we have been lucky enough to grow up with.

And so Mama’s Curry Kit was born.
